16/18U players,

It was great seeing you all tonight.  This was our first run with Zoom and hopefully next time it will go smoother. For our future meetings we will not have the 40 min time limit.  We will meet this coming Friday from 7-8:00 pm . Coach Ben will be there as well.  We will use this time to do some workouts and stay connected.

Capital players,

I hope you are all good and healthy !

As of now we still cannot go to the pool to practice but you should use this time to work on your core strength and ball handling skills . Once we can go back to the pool, these exercises will help you elevate your game. I am sending you three videos with ball drills. Please watch it and do the workouts.

Dear Parents,


                We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy; these are trying times we are facing.  This is intended to be a quick update from the board.  We hope all our athletes are working out on their own, safely maintaining social distances of course, as fresh air and exercise are good things.


                Finances are on our minds, as we are sure they are on yours.  The board is doing a deep analysis of the current financial landscape of the club and we hope to finish the analysis soon.  Once completed, we will communicate to you our findings.


                We will watch and learn as much as we can (WHO, CDC, etc.) and try and balance safety with the desire to “get back in.”  We are not going to make a long-term judgement on the current season. We have decided we are going to take it as it comes and we will keep you in the loop if we are able to get back in the pool for training (and possibly competition) before this “season” ends in July.
