Your registration fee covers 4 practices a week from early September through mid-July, including age group and position-specific coaching. It also gives you the opportunity to participate in multiple tournaments (1-2+ /month), both local and throughout the country. Tournaments carry additional fees not included in season registration.

This start of season FREE offering is Intended for players with little to no water polo experience, ages 7-14.
Join Capital Coaches to get exposure to a multi-cultural sport, build your skills and speed in the water, and learn alongside kids from all around the Capital region.
One Week Trial - 4 Sessions of our regular practice
Intended for players of all ages with existing water polo experience, or any players ages 15-18
Participate in one week (up to 4 sessions) of practice with our full teams and coaches, get a taste for what a season at Capital is like, and start building friendships with your future teammates!
